Prior to the pandemic I had reached out to SafeDose inquiring about an all inclusive online medication training course. At took several dozen phone calls, zoom meetings and emails but we finally started to make some headway. That's when the pandemic hit and despite all of the shut downs, SafeDose kept working, at their own expense, to keep the project moving forward.

In January of 2021, I was sent a demo for beta testing. I loved it! We made a few tweaks here and there and by March of 2021, I was scheduling every single DSP to take the online training.

But SafeDose didn't stop there! They kept developing and adding other specific training modules that have aided in supplementing our Quality Improvement Plan, as well as needed refreshers.

All in all, they have accomplished quite a lot. DSP's no longs have to be paid to sit in a class, they can do their training while at work. That is a huge savings in payroll and training budgets.
