Completing the SafeDose Prescription for Success is our proven six-step process for delivery. It is this process that helps us maintain our unprecedented 99.97% dispensing accuracy. This process includes the following steps:
1. Prior to packaging, a fill list of all current medications is provided to the appropriate caregiver at your facility for verification.
2. All medications are pre-billed to resolve any payment issues up front (any formulary or prior authorization issues are resolved at this point directly with the prescriber and communicated to you).
3. The medications are packaged according to the validated “fill list”.
4. Every packet is validated electronically and photographed by our automated inspection machine for pharmacist review.
5. If an error is present, a technician corrects it for a pharmacist’s second review.
6. A shipping technician compares dispensed pills and other items to the original order before shipment.
